Puzzle Press Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Puzzle Press mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
We are committed to your privacy. Puzzle Press does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).

Puzzle Press stores gameplay data to provide the app experience. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced across your devices via Apple's CloudKit service. This data includes:
Important: This data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit private database. We cannot access, read, or retrieve your private gameplay data. It belongs entirely to you and is governed by Apple's privacy practices.
Puzzle definitions (grids, solutions, difficulty levels, books, and pages) are stored in a CloudKit public database that the App reads from. This content does not contain any user data.
If you use Puzzle Press widgets, a small amount of gameplay data (such as your most recent puzzle and progress) is shared between the App and its widget extension using an on-device app group. This data never leaves your device or iCloud account.
Puzzle Press uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your puzzle progress across your devices. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud account or private data.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through the Apple App Store and may receive anonymized transaction data (such as subscription status and purchase receipts) to manage your entitlements. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or other personal information from Puzzle Press. For more details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Puzzle Press does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information, the App can be used by players of all ages.
Your gameplay data is protected by Apple's iCloud security infrastructure, which includes encryption in transit and at rest. We do not operate our own servers or databases that store user data.
